We are open normal hours. Our front door will be locked. Please knock on the door and step back and we will come outside and discuss your needs at a safe distance. If you are not familiar with the front of our store, our front door is set back from the sidewalk with about 14 feet of overhanging coverage. This 'front porch' of ours is helpful to allow physical distancing between us.
We are limiting the number of customers inside the shop at a given time and masks are required to come inside. We greatly appreciate your patience and support as we all get through this health crisis together.
We strongly encourage appointments and calling ahead prior to visiting, especially for test rides.
We are allowing test rides with proper sanitizing measures and we have Nitrile gloves available upon request. We are not currently able to provide demo helmets so please bring your own.

We have contact free payment options available as well as curbside drop-off/pick-up for bike service and new bike pick-up.

If there is anything we can do to accommodate and keep you riding your bike whether it’s home pick-up or drop-off or a phone/video troubleshooting session please let us know and we will be happy to help. You can call or text us 312 643-1670 or email ([email protected]).

Be well and be healthy! And ride a bike! These are stressful times, a short bike ride in the neighborhood for exercise or transport can work wonders with your physical and mental health.

Hi! Thank you very much for your comment. We just placed an order this week and have 2 cream Pilen's on the way. It may be another 5 weeks or so before they arrive. If you can, please do come in to test ride the bike we have in stock to confirm it's a great fit for you. If you'd like, we can then take a deposit to reserve one of the 2 cream bikes for you. Thanks! Jon

Interested in a Pilen step-through but it's out of stock in cream. Do you think it will come back in stock? Also, is it advisable to make an appointment to see everything you do have in stock? Thanks!
