The Transporter2 65 is Riese & Müller's "all-rounder" cargo bike. It can be used with a flat bed or empty box to carry cargo, a box with bench seating to carry kids, or a box with a leash attachment and padded floor to ride with your dog. The bottom of the box has a footwell to increase comfort for passengers or for additional storage. Plus, the box has a door(!), which is fairly unique among bakfiets (2 wheeled, front-loader, box bikes). Cover options to protect the box from weather are a tarp or a child cover. Both are made from 100% recycled polyester. The child cover protects passengers from wind, rain, snow, and sun (the sides can be rolled up when the weather is warm), and the height can be adjusted so it doesn't impede steering. There is a small storage compartment on the roof of the cover, and the door on the box can be opened even when the child cover is fitted and closed.

The Transporter2 65 comes with a front suspension fork to smooth out bumps along your way. Other components worth highlighting are the quick-release adjustable stem, which allows riders of different heights to raise or lower the handlebars with ease--an ideal feature for families. The seatpost height of the Transporter is also easily adjustable with a quick release lever.

Bosch provides the motor, display, and battery--the entire e-system for the Transporter. A Bosch Performance Line (smart system) motor powers the bike, providing 75Nm of torque and up to 340% pedal assistance. The Performance Line (smart system) is a class 1 eBike motor with a maximum assisted speed of 20mph.

The Transporter comes standard with a 545Wh battery but can be upgraded to a 725Wh battery. One can also choose between two Bosch displays. The standard display is the intuitive Intuvia 100 display. One may wish, however, to upgrade to the Kiox 300, which can display fitness data, heart rate (when paired with a separate monitor via Bluetooth), and map-free navigation when connected to a smartphone.

This particular Transporter2 65 is the white color. It's setup with a rear rack on the back, and the front has the box with bench seating to carry kids. Plus, the child cover is included. It has the 545Wh battery and the Intuvia 100 display. Standard, included features are the footwell in the box, the latest Bosch Smart System, front suspension, hyrdaulic disc brakes, and front and rear lights powered by the battery.
