An accessible, comfortable, and safe e-bike from Gazelle, complete with all the features you need for reliable city riding.
Gazelle (given the title Royal Dutch Gazelle by Princess Margriet in 1992) is the renowned leader in Dutch bike manufacturing since 1892. Their factory in Dieren produces over 250,000 bikes a year. From their conception to the present day, they've focused on making comfortable, safe, and stylish bikes that can be depended on daily. Furthermore, Gazelle is a forerunner in the eBike industry, early on having researched and developed the integration of this new technology with the classic, daily-riding bicycles for which they've been known for over 120 years. The result: Gazelle has a catalog of pedal assist electric bicycles that is incomparable.
Gazelle designed the EasyFlow with the goal of making an e-bike that could be accessible and comfortable for just about anyone. To do so, they created a very unique geometry that emphasizes safety and ease-of-use. The EasyFlow features an especially low step-over that is practical for all levels of mobility to easily get on and off the bike. The bike’s low step-over, 24-inch wheels, and pedal position allows you to comfortably place both feet on the ground while still in the saddle, to give you the utmost confidence when stopping and starting, and an upright riding position gives you a complete view of your surroundings, both for your safety and for your enjoyment of the scenery! And with a particularly long wheelbase, the EasyFlow offers an exceptionally stable ride out on the road. Alongside all this, the Shimano EP5 motor offers plenty of pep and power for clean starts and steady cruising. We think Gazelle accomplished their goal: the EasyFlow is a safe, comfortable, and accessible bike for a wide range of riders, bringing the joy of cycling to more people than ever before.
For the drivetrain, the EasyFlow features a Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal gear hub linked to a Gates belt drive for a smooth and reliable complete system. The bike also comes with Tektro disc brakes that will stop you safely rain or shine, and Gazelle’s Switch handlebar system that allows you to quickly adjust the height of your handlebars.
