Shipping & returns


Nearly all items we sell in our online store can be shipped to anywhere within the contiguous U.S. We have divided our products into three shipping categories that have their own policies/procedures: (1) Accessories, (2) Brompton, and (3) Bikes.


  1. Accessories* are all items we sell that are not bikes, e.g., bike panniers, lights, bells, Brompton parts, etc. These items can be shipped to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. At checkout, you can choose between USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery. Accessories will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order’s submission. DISCLAIMER: some items may be available for in-store pickup only, such as clearance items.
  2. Brompton we are currently limiting online sales of Brompton bikes to in-store pick-up only. If you wish to purchase a Brompton from us and require shipping, please reach out and we will confirm if an exception to this policy can be made.
  3. Bikes include all of our bicycles except for Bromptons (see the previous shipping category). We do offer shipping for many of our bikes (including cargo bikes) to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. The carrier and the cost of shipping differs depending on the model and destination. If you are interested in having any of our bikes shipped, please give us a call or send an email for a quote.

*When shipping “accessories” as defined above (any items that are not bikes), unless specifically requested by the customer, a delivery signature will not be required. If we receive proof of delivery from the carrier, our responsibility with regards to shipping your order has been met; we are not responsible for stolen packages. If you live in a multi-dwelling unit building and do not have a secure front desk or door staff and are concerned about theft, we recommend that you notify us prior to shipping that a signature is required for delivery. You may also consider making alternate delivery arrangements directly with the carrier (i.e., FedEx or USPS) to pick-up the package at one of their secure pick-up locations.

** This excludes the Brompton Electric, which is in-store pick-up only.



All accessories purchased through the online store are returnable within 21 days from date of delivery for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee.

All returns of bikes (including Bromptons) purchased through the online store are subject to approval and will incur a restocking fee of 10% or more. Bike return inquiries must be made within five days from the date of delivery.

In order to return an item, please email us the details of your return. The item must be in new condition and include the original packaging and receipt. It is possible to return items in person, but we ask that you email us for confirmation before doing so. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during returns. If your order was shipped with free or discounted shipping, any refund will be in the amount of the purchase total less the amount of the discounted or free shipping.

All clearance sales are final.
