The Multitinker is an urban, electric, cargo bike that can replace a car in the city by easily transporting two children plus gear or a week's worth of groceries. The 20-inch wheels keep the bike compact and the center of gravity low, ensuring stable rides under load. The smaller wheels and frame design also make the bike easy to mount and dismount without needing to lift your leg too high or lean the bike over. Plus, with the lower step-though frame and adjustable handlebar stem, riders from approximately 4'7" to 6'6" can ride comfortably and easily share the bike. With the saddle lowered all the way down and the handlebars folded over, the Multitinker can fit in the back, standing up, of many vehicles with a rear hatch and rear seats that fold flat.
The Multitinker's standard, integrated frame bag can lock shut so you can securely stow your personal items or even the battery charger, in case you want to top off while away from home. We opted to upgrade these Multitinkers with the Cargo Front Carrier, which has a larger loading area and heavier load capacity of up to 8 kg (17 lbs). This front rack is mounted to the frame so the weight of the cargo will not pull the bike around or mess with the steering in any way. Plus, if you ever need to carry even more cargo than the bike already allows, the Multitinker comes standard with an interface to attach a trailer.

We also chose to outfit the Multitinker with a Gates CDX Carbon Belt Drive and an Enviolo N380 Continuously Variable Transmission gear hub for the quietest and lowest-maintenance drivetrain available.
Bosch provides the motor, display, and battery--the entire e-system--for the Multitinker. It comes with Bosch’s Performance Line CX motor (Class 1, 85Nm of torque, up to 340% pedal assistance). A Class 1 eBike's motor provides assistance only while the rider is pedaling and will stop providing assistance once the bike’s speed reaches 20 mph. The Multitinker is equipped with Bosch's new Smart System. Using the eBike Flow app, the rider can control all the functions of the Smart System and customize the bike to the rider's preferences. The Smart System also keeps the bike up-to-date with the latest software updates, offers new riding modes like "auto," which will automatically select and change the level of assistance/torque, and it offers bike lock and tracking features, too. The Bosch display is upgraded to the Kiox 300.
Built into the price, we've included some of the bike's key accessories: (1) the cargo bags (2 bags with 42 liter capacity each); (2) the Safety Bar Kit (a bar that surrounds children on the rear rack with an inner bar to protect fingers that is ideal for children 1-7 years old and can be used with child seats [not included] for the younger children); and (3) the Passenger Kit (a foam seat cushion and handlebars that is good for children 7 and older). The standard wheel guards and sideloader protect passenger's feet from the wheel and acts as a platform to rest feet on. The rear rack's max weight capacity is 65 kg (143 lbs).
