The Borough L is a new model year 2020 bag from Brompton that's approximately 16" wide, 12" high, and 8" deep. It's dark grey with a 28 liter capacity that's designed with some unique functional features. The front has an external load carry strap shaped like an inverted "v" that's useful for stowing large items like a helmet. Inside the bag there's a padded laptop sleeve with a mesh pocket, a good spot for charging cables. Moreover, the handle on top of the bag is made from rubberized webbing so it feels firm yet flexible, allowing the bag to fit on all Brompton handlebar types. 

The bag also has two pockets on the back that can be button closed or left open for larger, longer items. While sitting on the bike these pockets face the rider, so they're a great place for a water bottle or coffee tumbler. Additionally, there's a stretchy mesh pocket on each side of the bag that can easily carry smaller items like a spare tube, tire levers, and a multi-tool (or skip the last two and get a Brompton toolkit that fits inside the bike frame!). The front of the bag has a long, shallow zippered pocket where quick access items like keys, wallet, and phone can be transported securely. Many miscellaneous items can also be attached to the daisy chain loops that run along the front of the bag. 

The outside of the bag is made from 1000D Cordura with a PU coating, and the inside of the bag is 100% nylon. This makes the bag both durable so it will survive your daily grind and quite water resistant. For the rides in darker, wetter weather, the bag also has a high-visibility, reflective "shower cap" that slips over the bag making it waterproof in the worse downpours.

Large enough for a weekend trip and small enough for daily use, this is an easy pick for a multi-use go-to bag for you and your Brompton.
