ABUS Locks
To order a replacement or spare key from Abus, select the appropriate key type here.
Here are some notes to help determine what sort of key you have.

- This is a Plus Key. For a Plus Key, you will have a 6 or 7 digit numerical code.

- This is an X Plus Key. For an X Plus Key, your key will be an X followed by 6 numerical digits (ex: X123456)

- This is a wafer key (F82). For a wafer key, you will have a key type (common ones include F82 or T82) followed by a 4 digit numerical code (ex: T82 1234).
For Plus and X Plus Keys, your code is printed on the card that came with your key. For wafer keys, your code is printed on the key itself.
Reach out to us if you're having trouble determining key type or code!
Non-ABUS Brand Wheel Locks
We don’t stock any Non-ABUS locks but some of the bikes we sell come with non-ABUS brand wheel locks such as AXA or Trelock which are both commonly found on Gazelle bikes.
Your key number can be found on your key so hopefully you haven’t lost both of them. You can also find this info on the receipt we provided at time of your bike purchase. If you are having trouble and you purchased your bike from us please feel free to contact us and we can check our records to see if we have it on file.

Hi, I'm sorry for the issue you are having and sorry for our delayed response time getting back to you. I would reach out directly to AXA. If you can't get a reply from them, I think your next best option is to ask a friend to complete the purchase on your behalf and reimburse them. Hopefully you are able to find a solution. Good luck. Thanks, Jon
AXA key service offers only credit card payments (no paypal). My USA CC will not allow international transactions. Paypal would be a life saver. Any other options for my situation?
