If you are replacing a key for an ABUS brand lock with keys that look like the ones in the above photo click here.

Your key profile and key code can be found on your key so hopefully you haven’t lost both of them. You can also find this info on the receipt we provided at time of your bike purchase. If you are having trouble and you purchased your bike from us please feel free to contact us and we can check our records to see if we have it on file.

PLUS Style Keys

Your key code can be found on the key code card that came with your lock. You can also find this info on the receipt we provided at time of your bike purchase. The lock model can be found on your receipt. If you are having trouble and you purchased your bike from us please feel free to contact us and we can check our records to see if we have it on file.

Non-ABUS Brand Wheel Locks

We don’t stock any Non-ABUS locks but some of the bikes we sell come with non-ABUS brand wheel locks such as AXA or Trelock which are both commonly found on Gazelle bikes.
