We’re making some changes to better serve our customers! Effective immediately, we’re introducing a new hybrid schedule with dedicated open hours and appointment slots to give you the best of both worlds.
Our New Hours
Open Hours (Walk-ins Welcome!)
- Wed & Thu: 11 am – 6 pm
- Fri & Sat: 11 am – 5 pm
Dedicated Appointment Slots (For test rides, new bike pickups, and service drop-offs/pickups)
- Wed & Thu: 10–11 am & 6–7 pm
- Fri & Sat: 10–11 am & 5–6 pm
- Sun: 12–5 pm
Test Rides – Appointments Required
Appointments are required for all test rides to ensure we have the right bikes prepped and can provide a one-on-one experience to help you find the perfect fit.
Pro Tip: Before booking your test ride, call us or stop by during open hours for an initial conversation! This helps us understand your use case and narrow down which bikes will be best suited for you.
New Bike Pickups – Appointments Recommended
If you're picking up a new bike, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment so we can walk you through setup, adjustments, and any final details—giving you our full focus to get you rolling smoothly.
Service Drop-offs & Pickups – Appointments Optional
If you can’t make it during open hours, we offer appointment slots for service drop-offs and pickups as a convenience.
Need a quick fix? No appointment needed!
For immediate service on simple repairs like flat fixes, you do not need an appointment. While calling ahead is helpful, we’ll take your bike in right away during open hours.
